I Love Dr. Oz!

Dr. Oz always has really great advice on how to stay healthy, young and active. I happened to catch a segment today about stopping bad habits to add years to your life. One woman in the audience said she has really stopped being diligent when it came to brushing and flossing her teeth. Dr. Oz told her that if she began to brush and floss two times a day, she could add up to 5 years to her life! That is simply amazing.
